Gah, you really had me at the end of my seat through this whole chapter! I kept getting the sense of oncoming doom in the beginning, and then Al gets all mad and I go, "Nooooooooo ;_;". And when the cause of his anger is relieved I'm suddenly reminded that this is based on Overboard and duh I feel like an idiot. I guess this story has just taken on such an amazing life of its own that I hardly remember that it's based on a movie :)
