Newbie to your journal (came for your amazing SPN stuff), but this challenge ROCKS. I'm a child of the late 80s, and I appreciate my current hiphop, alternative, punk etc. (and I shamefully did go through the requisite boyband phase when I was twelve), but my main musical interests are firmly planted right around this time. I'm torn between being a loyal Bostonian with Dirty Water or going Fab Four with Nowhere Man. Both could work really well for SPN.
