Despite my adoration of the angst, this part is just perfect (everything about this story is perfect). A welcome release from all the pain.

Love that you are making them wait before having sex again. There were still issues that needed to be resolved and sex would have complicated matters.
And it's realistic that Clark would worry about getting out of control again. This is so in character.

I also love it when bitchy people get their smack down and this was well delivered.
