I really refuse to be interested in HP fandom. I do! And yet, that damned, insidious, porn-peddling

crack_van has enticed me to read two HP stories recently that I really, really liked.

Today, it was Potio by Seeker. It's about Snape and Lockhart, neither of which I particularly like. Snape is so mean and kind of physically repugnant, and Lockhart is...well, Lockhart. But they're such an unlikely pair that I was intrigued and went to read it, and it's really quite an amazing story about humility learned the hard way, mercy carefully concealed, and ultimate redemption.

Then, a while back I read this seriously hot Ginny/Bellatrix story. F/f stories don't usually do it for me, but whoah mama was this one hot.

It's God of the Well-Plowed Field by
