Oh my god, this is amazing! I don't know anything about the Anita Blake world whatsoever, though I have a friend who was in that fandom, but this totally works even so. It's of course hilarious, and hot as hell, and it's also an amazing rendering of canon!John and canon!Rodney into a different universe - a fascinating one no less.

Of course I love your Rodney, perfect! But what really gets me is your John, with his recklessness when pissed off, and his hard boiled attitude (only not), and his fascination with McKay. Oh, and of course, the kneeling thing.*g*
