Self sacrificing Dean is his most natural form I think. I mean we've seen it in Faith, Nightmare and Shadows. That's what makes him so lovable. I would totally love to read them in an Asylum as crazies. Mute introvert Sam also appeals to me because he is really in no condition to take care of himself, Dean is so protective even when Sam is perfectly able I wonder how he'll act when he HAS TO take care of him. I could just imagine how overprotective and insufferably smothering he is capable of being.
As for the OT4 fic idea, it's absolutely cracktastic. XD I love it and you know everyone totally would assume that what with all the eyef*ckage and esp. in light of how touchy feely some of the boys are with each other [coughPaleyFestivalcough]. You definitely can't get enough OT4, it needs to be it's own genre. ^_^
