So not only is today Derek Jeter's birthday (and let me reiterate for the record that I do, in fact, love him), but it is also the birthday of our own lovely tamalinn. Tamalinn has been so incredibly sweet to me about my writing that I really wanted to whip her up a little Clexy drabble on her b-day. But the creativity...it's dry these days. I did find this little scene from a story I was going to write a while ago. I dusted it off and fixed it up, and here it is, with my best wishes for a very happy birthday to tamalinn!

I'm bored today. There's a project I need to work on, but the person I need to work with is in an interminable meeting. I could write some more "Call Me Al" but I can't focus on it. I get all spacey about the story the day after I post a section. Always have to regroup before I can write some more. But I do want to write something, so I thought: Hey, let's make a game out of it!
