Oh, this story literally made me squeal with delight. The GLOVES, guh, and Peter as a willing sacrifice, and how fucking controlling Lex was-- GUH--and how Lex completely KNEW. This part--Luthor's eyes meet his. "It's all yours. Do with what you will with it. But ask yourself this: how do you think he's going to feel knowing you've debased yourself for him?" He leans closer, his breath against Peter's ear. "How do you think he's going to feel watching another man fuck you?"--is just absolutely, completely perfect. PERFECT.
Meanwhile, I'm wondering precisely how much Lex knows about the Heroes, and whether they are related to his genetic engineering experiments on level 33.1, or if not, whether he suspects they are all meteor mutations (and maybe they would be, in a crossover)--am I being enably enough here? :Puppy dog eyes:
