Awwwww! You just decided not to get a live tree? On the plus side, your vintage tree sounds like one my grandmother always used to put up. I loved that thing! It was very styling.

It is, it really, really is! Today, I worked from home, and I had my my tree lit up, and it was just...a really, really good work day. :)
