Voting in DC is brilliant. It's always so well run in my polling place, and I see the same volunteers every time. And then there is an awesome bakesale for the local schools and whoever makes the chocolate chip cookies they sell there is AWESOME. Those things are crazy good. Oh, and we still have paper ballots so I get to fill out my vote with a tiny #2 pencil. It puts a smile on my face EVERY TIME.
