New Community: The Tuesday100

I've been emboldened by all the interest in the recent Veronica Mars drabble challenge that fairy_tale_echo and I held. So I've created a new community for weekly VM drabbling. It's called Tuesdays in Neptune, and you can find it at tuesday100. Not that there's much to see there right now. It will officially launch with the first challenge this coming Tuesday, around 11 p.m. Eastern time. Go to tuesday100 info for rules and details.

I hope all you Veronica Mars fans out there will join the community and participate. Write drabbles. Read and leave comments and suggestions. Please pimp this in your own LJ. I'd love to see this thing take off!

::twirls:: I was JUST getting ready to gather all the drabbles into one entry and post them to veronicamarsfic! And the weird part is -- I was also thinking how fun our challenge was and then thought, "What we need now is to have everyone write what Veronica was thinking when she drove away!"

So, hurrah! You're a mind-reader! There's already a VMars drabble community, but it seems pretty dead, sadly. Maybe this will stoke interest! We have all summer to write fic and convert people. If we can make it through the next three weeks alive, that is. ;)

I had such a great time with our drabble challenge! And I was reminiscing about how much fun I had when the wednesday100 launched. So thought, why not?

I did check out the existing drabble community, and it seemed too sporadic to really take off. I'm hoping the tuesday100 will have better luck. *fingers crossed*
