I am back from the holidays with:

--many lovely presents (yay!)
--a cold (boo!)
--the knowledge that lack of practice does NOTHING to improve my driving (although at least I didn't do any damage)
--an idea for a Supernatural story (plus some residual guilt for imagining hot sibling incest during the season of wholesome family fun)
--the feeling that I ate way too much (which, well, I did)
--that old New Year's desire to make lists *g*

Last year, I had a kind of blah feeling about my writing when I did the list, but this year, there are some things I really like on it. And it's been fun getting involved with new fandoms. So yay for 2005!

--Finish "Al"
--Write my Criminal Minds story
--Do another interactive story, maybe a Supernatural one this time
--Finish the on-demand stories I have left to do
--Write Kandyass for Ingrid!
--Experiment more with my writing
--See [livejournal.com profile] pun, [livejournal.com profile] nerodi and my other LJ friends here in NY more often.
--Stop having colds!

I was going to do a list like this, but I'm so disorganized, I can't even find the stuff I wrote.

That's pretty freakin' sad.

And you forgot to add "Kandyass For Ingrid" to that New Year's List! *cries* ;)

Look, look, I fixed it! :)

I'm writing it for your birthday. I am! I so loved the story you wrote me for my birthday that time, and every year I mean to write you one in return, and every year...I SUCK! But not this year. I even have a half-baked idea for it. Kandyass here I come! *g*

Also, I love putting lists together, but this took forever. I couldn't find stuff, and I have no memory, and I have a tendency to mess up coding. So...yeah. A little time-consuming, it was. *laughs at self*

YAYS! An idea and everything!

:: does wild dance ::

I'm really disorganized with everything on my computer/LJ. My memories and tags are a joke and the hole just gets deeper and deeper ...

I even had to have my flist tell me where MY OWN BSG icon posts were and some poor girl put them all in her memories on a neat list and guess what?

I lost the damned link to the list. And now am too humliated to ask for it.

*That's* how pathetic I am. No fic list for me. *lol*

Woooooooooo!! Thank you for posting that list, because my LJ usage has been so spotty throughout the year, I'm bound to have missed something you wrote.

I'm pretty sure Al is the only SV fic I read this year. (Probably nearly the only fic, really.) I'd really, really like to see it finished. :D

Oh, and participating in the interactive fic was FUN! Thanks for doing that!

I missed you, too!! I had a great time seeing my family, but now it feels good to be back. I know this is a sad, sad, pathetic statement about me, but having severely limited Internet access always makes me feel cut off and stranded.

I'm getting ready to read "How Do You Like Your Love". Yay!

I also missed hot boys having sex. :)

I know what you mean about feeling cut off. It is a little pathetic, but maybe not, maybe you need the varied interaction. And the hot boy sex.

In honor of you writing more "Al" in the new year, I will confess that I was thinking slashy thoughts in *church* on Christmas Eve. It's okay, though, since the Special Hell is a heckuva lot warmer than Boston in winter.

I hope you know this statement sounds rather scary, like maybe you should put up a sign that says, "Beware, Lenore is now on the road."

Just teasing. heh

I remember when you posted the M&C story, and how much I fell in love with your Stephen and Jack. There weren't that many writers in the fandom I enjoyed reading their work as much as your story.

Just wanted to say Thanks.

I'm looking forward to finishing Al! And I just realized that I'd actually started the next part, and made really detailed notes for the whole thing. So yay for my job being easier. *g*

Happy New Year, doll!

Hey, thanks, doll! I'm glad you're enjoying Al. I just found on my hard drive the beginnings of the next part that I'd totally forgotten I'd already written.

Happy New Year!

Hee! Really, though, what's not warmer than Boston in winter? :)

I'm so pleased you're looking forward to more "Al." Happy New Year, doll!

Hee! It probably wasn't so bad that people needed to be warned, but let's just say I'm more comfortable on the lonely country roads than the Interstate. :)

And thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed my story. *hugs*
