My first participation in yuletide was good fun! Here's the story I wrote:

What Happens In Freedom Stays In Freedom
Fandom: Psych
Pairing: Shawn/Lassiter
Rating: NC-17
Summary: A star witness is on the run, and Lassiter and Shawn have to hit the road to bring him back to Santa Barbara.

I'll probably be reposting it to my LJ in the next few days, just for organizational purposes. No one guessed it was my story, so I don't owe anyone a story. Whew! *g*

Now, I get to thank fiercynn by name for my wonderful gift. I really loved it so!

Oh yay! That's definitely one of the stories I've had on my "to read" email all week, and I just didn't get around to most of them before the reveal. I totally should have guessed, though, since we talked about how there needed to be more fic in this fandom!! :)

And oh my god, I don't have a Psych icon. I need to remedy that ASAP.

I had a lot of fun writing Shawn/Lassie wackiness. And I was pleased to see that there were a lot of Psych stories in this year's Yuletide. Yay!

I'm so glad! It was fun to write. I was actually quite nervous when I got the assignment because I've really loved and been impressed by a bunch of your Smallville and CWRPS fics in the past, so it set quite a high standard for me to write for you - seriously, all my friends have now heard about my anxieties, even non-fannish ones. But yay that you liked it!

I really loved it a lot! I think I wrote this in the feedback I left, but I was an art history major. So the whole setup that led to Dakin contacting Irwin just had been squeeing. And then when they finally go for that drink and it's coffee...so perfect! Thank you, thank you again!
