I have seen none of the new shows of the season yet, and I still haven't seen Firefly (shame on me!), but I just had to say... You made a poll with ticky boxes! You're cheating on the radio buttons! There will be jealousy and heartbreak!

I'm also pondering whether I want Harkness or Sheppard in charge. I think John is actually more likely to save the world and keep the people in his care alive (if only through accident, stubbornness and the surprising ability to attract awesome people to be in charge of), but Jack makes a much more gorgeous and flashy production of being leader. Which is to say, I think Jack loves being top dog, while John works hard to be good at it while dreaming of being on his knees. Which makes me think that, personally, I'd rather be under Sheppard's command.

If you're asking who my favourite is, though, I love them both equally, in all their queer space hero glory.

I haven't voted yet. I think Jack is the prettiest. Right now, I'd most like to sleep with Mal. And, like you, I probably love John the best. Decisions, decisions!

two clarifications: my favorite relationship on firefly is the one between simon and river, but i don't see it as a romantic relationship. i just stick to canon with this one [and the canon relationship they have is surely intensely enough, imo].

also, i voted for pushing daisies because i think it's the most innovative new show. i really adore sarah connor chronicles, too.
