This meme has been all over my flist, and I've been having fun guessing. So I thought I'd throw out some quotes, too.

1. Pick 15 of your favourite movies.
2. Go to IMDb, and find a quote from each movie.
3. Post them here for everyone to guess.
4. Strike it out when someone guesses correctly, and put who guessed it and the movie.
5. NO GOOGLING/using IMDb search functions.

13. "Christmas? Christmas means dinner, dinner means death! Death means carnage; Christmas means carnage!"

The one with the pig, shit, what was the name of that movie? It's the first one that came out. The quote is said by the goose before he starts acting like rooster to make himself useful.

"I have no profession. My attitude - quite indefensible - is that, if I trouble no one, I may do as I like. It is, I dare say, an example of my decadence."

A Room With A View, one of my favorite movies of all time, one of the most romantic movies of all time, a movie that I have loved since I as a girl of twelve.

And 12 is L.A. Confidential and 15 is Strictly Ballroom. You have the best taste in movies EVER. And feel free to delete this if you want other people to guess.

Yes and yes! Two more of my favorite movies. For Strictly Ballroom, I really wanted to choose the quote: "Tina Sparkle? She's a champion!" but I thought it would be too obvious. *g*

I love that movie, too! I was in college when it came out, and my friend and I went to the indie movie house to see something else, and this was playing instead, and we went in, not really knowing what it was, and we came out so HAPPY, and I went to see it again the very next night.

Ha, I am so late to this, but #4 is Out of Africa, right? They take the phonograph into the bush and play it for the animals and then they have 80s period drama sex.
