I'm also wondering how the SGC and Atlantis can affect this universe? And does John's ATA make him more attractive to vampires or does his ATA makes him more susceptible to them? And are the Ancients responsible for vampirism?
These are questions I'm definitely wrestling with. In general, I'm not a big fan of mixing supernatural and sci-fi worlds, but I do like the possibilities in John being special in some way, as he is because of his ATA gene. I may give him some special abilities more like Anita Blake's, rather than brining in the Ancients. But I haven't really decided yet.
