Spoiler Policy

Given the recent spoiler hoo-ha, I'm posting my policy from my user info here.

Spoilers
I'm spoiler free, and I don't filter my friends list. So I *really* appreciate the efforts people on my list make to use cut-tags. Opinions about what constitues a spoiler do vary, of course, and if I feel mine are incompatible with yours, I will defriend. No hard feelings, I hope.


If I defriended you, it's because of this, not because I have a personal grudge against you.

I wish I were Canadian, doll! I took a vacation with some friends to Toronto over the summer, and I really didn't want to leave.

I was actually talking about spoilers for upcoming episodes. But we do all need to remember not to ruin Covenant for the people who haven't seen it yet!

I was actually talking about spoilers for upcoming episodes, and I'm sure you're always courteous! 99.9999999% of people use cut tags for anything they think is even remotely spoilery. Just occasionally someone has a different idea of what's spoilery than I do, and it just doesn't work out trying to be on each other's friends lists. It's regrettable, but it happens.

Well so far I don't see that you have defriended me.

I do my best to cut-tag my posts, to protect spoilers (topic) or for length. I don't think I have ever knowingly spoiled anyone.

And I appreciate you for appreciating those of us that cut-tag.

I almost never write about Smallville indepedent of someone else's post. How odd is that?

Anyway, I don't tend to seek out spoilers, so my guess is I've never spoiled anyone, inadvertently or otherwise.

Then again, I went into Crusade without having seen the end of last season, so maybe I'm just ignorant and therefore safe? Hm.

I've heard you have a Lex/Clark/Alicia that is a too die for read...but it's locked. I've friended you...can't believe I hadn't done so when I was cackling over the Valentine's fic you posted...would you friend me back so I can read the fic that is being touted as volcanic? I'd appreciate it. I wish I could write like so many of you guys do!
