Summer of Love Challenge!

The response to the challenge was amazing! So much great, great stuff. Stories and art and vids in so many fandoms: Stargate Atlantis, Smallville, Supernatural, Nancy Drew, DC verse, Veronica Mars, Sports Night, and Harry Potter. Thank you to everyone who participated! And to anyone who wanted to create something or is still working on something, it's not called the "Summer of Love" challenge for nothing. This baby is open all summer long!

Happy belated, sweetie! Since we were born in the same year I certainly wasn't going to miss out on this challenge. Sorry it's late. Here's a sorta pop art-y icon of our captain (dear captain). Although it's text-less, I'm calling it "Cherish" for obvious reasons:

Oh my God! The word "cherish" is so not necessary on the icon. It just screams right out of me. You are SUCH a doll for making this for me. I adore it. I mean...you got me Derek Jeter for my birthday. Now there's a gift a gal can really enjoy! *g*

Sorry it's taken me so long to thank you. I was away on vacation visiting my family, and my father's dial-up access makes trying to get on LJ pretty much impossible. But, belatedly, THANK YOU SO MUCH! *hugs*
