If you haven't had the chance, check out the fabulous
summercon multi-fandom extravaganza, the brainchild of the lovely and almost frighteningly energetic
svmadelyn. There are many activities, including the bad manip challenge that makes me laugh every time I think about it. :)
Today is SummerCon zine day. A few months back, Madelyn asked a bunch of writers if they'd contribute something, and she was very, very cloak and dagger about what it was for. And now it's finally unveiled! You can read all the many fabulous stories here:
SummerCon Zine
I wrote a John/Rodney SGA story, a PG little summery thing. Big thanks to
barely_bean for the inspiration and beta reading. If you want to check it out, it's here:

(Ok, so not baseball, precisely. But the cult of baseball. And don't get me started on the cult of the South. My anti-Robert E. Lee rant has put people into comas.)

Loved the story. Loved it. Thanks for that the first-second-third base thing, never had it explained in such illustrative and clear way.
