I loved this (took the fact I have a cold and feel lousy to just do nothing BUT read, including this one) and it was really great (much better than the prompt it's based on [thankfully]).

I just have a tiny problem with it and it's so tiny I wondered if there was any point raising it but oh well... Fruit loop. Their dog. Where is it?

First time John & Rodney are alone in the house (Sheppard Junior being out for the night)... no dog in sigh. Then Rodney and his cat mostly move in and nowhere is there a mention of how the dog reacted to their invasion. Like I said... tiny. But I did wonder...

What a completely lovely christmas story this was. I loved the way you developed the relationships and showed how much Rodney adores having a family. The rest of the Christmas Fluff I have saved to read all in one go but this one I treated myself to right away. Thank you.

Poor Fruit Loop! I really didn't give him enough attention. But I like to imagine him like my family's dog. He loves people and cats, and when Rodney and Shroedinger move in, he quickly makes friends with the cat, and slathers love on Rodney until he gets over the disappointment of his dog running away when he was a kid, and then he and Fruit Loop are the best of pals. :)

I loved this. Really. Completely hit my Harlequin button.

I had tagged it to read at a later date which was last night. I especially like Sheppard Junior. A nice addition to my SGA Harlequin folder along sides with No Exchange No Refund and The Convenient Husband.
