Last night, I was watching an ep of Life on Mars, and when I'd finished, I had a hankering for some Sam/Gene slash, as you do. So I went to crack_van and just picked a story at random from the ones recced there, and it was so good! It was complicated and tangled and hot and had a Gene who's thinking and realizing things. <3

I felt incredibly lucky! It was the first story I tried, and I loved it. It was exactly what I was in the mood to read right then.

I'm re-reading How We Smashed Johari's Window at the moment and loving it so much and missing Sam and Gene so desperately! And there's a bit in Subject To Change which just makes me grin and weep and flail and want to hug all of the characters. You'll probably figure out which bit I mean.

Thank you for the welcome! I've been greedily reading and reading and having an all around wonderful time. Those two really are the hot. *shivers*
