This joins Firefly on the list of my new favorite obsessions. I've been gobbling up LM fan fiction like there's no tomorrow. Gene and Sam...is there anything hotter? Jesus. All that fighting when they really want to be fucking. It's got my imagination in its feverish grip. I'd love to write some stories of my own, but there is just no way I can manage Gene's dialog.

*whispers* So I'll just have to hope that other people are busy writing it.

*hopes*

In the meantime, I still have season two eps left to watch. I think I'll spend some of tonight doing that. Hurray!

Oh, I checked out ALL of them. You have excellent taste, my friend. I think maybe "How We Smashed Johari's Window" is my favorite. Although...I also really, really loved "Subject To Change." I was in the mood for porn, because oh my god, Sam and Gene are made of sex, so I read all the NC-17 and R rated stories. Now I'm going to go back and read the PG stuff.

I LOVE 'Subject To Change' - the bit where Sam comes back and Gene's on the floor and he hugs Sam and calls him 'Sammy' just gives me warm fuzzies all over.

I'm halfway through re-watching the second season at the moment and rediscovering all my Sam/Gene love, so I'm reading all the fic as well!

Can I ask you what Being Human is about? I've seen it floating around on my friends list, but I don't know anything about it, and I'm curious.

Being Human is about a werewolf, a vampire, and a ghost sharing a flat. It's awesome. The lead males are slashy, and everyone they meet think's they're together. The lead female is adorable, not annoying.

You just need to watch it.

I watched the first season when it was on BBC America, and I loved it and thought it was slashy, but there didn't appear to me much fandom for it. Now that I'm watching the second season, my Gene/Sam love was reawakened, and this time around, I've found some great stories and vids. Which is yay!

I love Sam Tyler, as well. Although it's possible I might love Gene more. Mostly, I love them together!

I'm still in the process of watching season two, so I don't know how it ends. Although...I think I may have spoiled myself with some of the stories I've been reading. But I just couldn't wait!

A lot of stories have slightly or very AU takes on the end, though, and there are some themes so common it almost makes me think there was an alternate ending or two released. :)
