I'm a little late with this. Work has been kicking my butt lately. Anyway, I almost never get tagged for these things, and I was happy that bernjourn included me in this.

A. People who have been tagged must, if they choose to participate, write their answers on their blog and replace any question that they dislike with a new, original question. Please italicize the new question if you do that.

1. What are your online user names?
I'm all scribblinlenore all the time.

2. What is your gender?
Female

3. What's new in your life right now?
I'm doing getyourwordsout, and I've been really focused on writing original stuff. That's totally new!

4. How many colors are you wearing right now?
Four: grey, blue, black and pink socks! These are my lounging around clothes, and they don't match at all.

5. Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
An introvert

6. What was the last book you read?
I just finished a mystery on the subway ride home, The Merlot Murders by Ellen Crosby. Takes place in the Virginia wine country, which I have fond memories of from college.

7. Do you nap a lot?
Hardly ever. I'm an inertia kind of gal. When I'm asleep, I like to stay asleep. When I'm awake, I like to stay awake.

8. If you had one night of passion with someone in the public eye of whom you're a fan, who would you like it to be?
I would have to say Derek Jeter. Mmmm. This is a happy thought.

9. Is there anything that has made you happy these days?
Besides question #8, I have some really good dark chocolate. Also, this little store near me has started selling this really nice, fresh cut up salad. Not salad in a bag, which I think always tastes like bag. But an actual, fresh salad that I don't have to chop. And it's inexpensive. Yay!

10. What's your current obsession?
Bandom. And it's a little embarrassing, frankly. People make fun of me at work for listening to Fall Out Boy.

11. How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?
About forty-five minutes, but then I need another forty-five minutes to waste before I actually leave the house.

12. What websites do you visit regularly?
Well, LJ obviously, Salon, New York Times, YouTube, Slate

13. Do you write fic? What was the last fic you wrote?
The last story I wrote was dirty, wrong Prestige twincest for yuletide. Because I needed a break from wholesome holiday fun!

14. What's the last thing you laughed about?
Today at work, one of my co-workers, who is a woman, almost (accidentally) went into the men's room, because she was having that kind of a day. We both laughed really hard. This was perhaps more hysteria than hilarity.

15. What's the last song that got stuck in your head?
I wake up with a Fall Out Boy song in my head pretty much every morning. I've been listening to Folie A Deux way too much. Anyway, the FAD song that's currently stuck in my head is The (Shipped) Gold Standard. "I want to scream I love you from the top of my lungs, but I'm afraid that someone else will hear me..." Pete Wentz lyrics are just ridiculously catchy.

16. What's the last movie you saw?
I've gotten so restless in my old age that I end up not seeing movies that I really wanted to. So, yeah, it's been a while. I believe the last movie I went to see was The Secret Life Of Bees.

17. Would you enter into a relationship with your ideal partner, even if you knew he/she was seriously involved with/married to someone else and would never leave them?
No. My ideal partner isn't a cheater.

18. What is your favorite chocolate from a box chocolates?
Something with caramel or nuts or both would be even better!

Oh, right, that reminds me that I meant to say that I knew you'd choose Jeter. Ah, Jeter. His ass is a national treasure!

I pick Alex Rodriguez, but with the caveat that he'd have to enjoy it too. Which he totally wouldn't (I haz teh gurl partz), and so I guess I also pick Jeter. Really, a threesome would be best. Then everyone is happy!

Hee! A-Rod is very pretty it is true, but I have to agree with Punny. I'm not sure how much enjoyment he gets out of the whole sex-with-women thing. Also, Jeter is my favorite. That he has the world's most perfect ass is one of the bedrock tenants of my whole belief system. *g*
