I'm on Dreamwidth!

Thanks to the lovely ninasis I have a Dreamwidth account. I'm scribblinlenore over there as well.

I'm excited about DW. I think it's important to have fan-friendly spaces, and I like to support the work of other fans. At the same time, I'm not giving up on LJ. My plan is to use both journals in tandem (and hopefully I'll find ways to make that simple, because simple is what I need *g*) until there's some reason not to do that anymore.

Hmm. I'm not sure how they're giving out invite codes to people with accounts, if you have to be around for a while to get them, but I don't seem to have any.

Right now they're just randomly giving current account holders a code here and there to test server stress. Or, at least that's how I got my four codes. :)

Oh, cool. The plan is to let people start buying accounts at the end of this month, I think. But if you get some invite codes before then, please add me to your list of interested parties.

I plan to try to keep both journals, at least for awhile as well, but I'm not going to pay for LJ anymore.
