Cliche (though I suppose this possibly falls under #4, maybe?) - it's really cold, they're stranded somewhere, huddling/snuggling to share body heat and keep warm. It's like, my bullet-proof kink :)
There's this one SGA story I love that has John and Rodney in a cabin, getting naked to...share body heat. Yeah, yeah, that's it. Just for survival! :)
