I'm toying with the idea of doing an advent thing again, only with fannish tropes instead of holiday themes, since I pretty much exhausted all my holiday inspiration last year. It all depends on how busy I am. But even if I don't, I thought it would be fun to see which fannish tropes are people's favorites. Hence a poll! In three parts due to length.

Prison fic was kind of a big thing in Sentinel, which was my first fandom, because there was an episode where one of the characters goes undercover in prison. So it's always seemed like a trope to me. And I LURVE it!

And then another episode where the other character goes undercover in an asylum. Not to mention many many kidnapping scenarios.

Which reminds me! Sentinel -> Golden -> you didn't include any "loss of a sense (sight/hearing/&c)" tropes.
